When it comes to choosing a university, we understand how important it is to visit where you could be studying. You want to be able to actually see the facilities, speak to members of staff from your chosen department and really get a ‘feel’ for the place. We still want to give you the chance to do all of those things and whilst we’re not able to welcome you onto our campuses in person just yet, we’ve created interactive virtual tours, giving you the chance to explore our campuses and facilities.
Join us as we explore the academic, recreational and residential facilities at our Chester, Warrington and Shrewsbury sites. Hosted by our teaching staff and current students, our virtual campus tours give you the opportunity to see how our specialist campuses are designed with you in mind. From high-tech laboratories and specialist learning spaces to our fitness suite and Students’ Union, you’ll have the chance to see it all!
If you find yourself with any questions during the tour (or maybe you already have a burning question that you can’t find the answer to?), we have a live Q&A taking place throughout the event. Our academic staff, HE advisers and current students will be able to help you with whatever you’d like to know. Whether it’s questions about your chosen course, our facilities, or perhaps you’d just like to find out more about student life – our staff and students will be more than happy to help.
How do I book?
Our virtual campus tours are grouped by Faculty so you get to see the campus and facilities that best suit you and your course.

Take a look at our Campus Tour schedule to see where your area of interest sits and what date you need. You can then book your place here. All of our virtual campus tours will be hosted on YouTube Live and if you register in advance, we will send you an event link on the day! This is a university-wide event, so you’ll be taken to the University of Chester site to book your place.
Can’t make that date?
Don’t worry if you can’t make the event. Simply register for the tour and we’ll email you a recording of the campus tour once it’s finished, so you won’t miss out.
